REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the services you received, we're here to help.
Written Translations
All written translations completed on this platform should meet minimum quality standards that are consistent with the accreditation rating of the translator.
If you receive a document that doesn't meet these standards, or you don’t receive the document, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Most translators will work with you to quickly resolve issues (for example, by making revisions), but if a solution isn't reached, we can help.
To be eligible for a refund, you are required to:
  1. have used reasonable efforts to try to address your concerns with the translator, who may be able to offer a solution,
  2. bring the issue to our attention within 14 days after the work was completed, or was due to be completed,
  3. respond to our information requests, and
  4. not have directly or indirectly caused the issue.
After confirming that these requirements have been met, we will (at our discretion) either provide you with a full or partial refund, or use reasonable efforts to offer the services of another translator, when appropriate.
Interpreter Services
Most scheduled appointments go smoothly, but if there’s a problem, you may be eligible to receive a refund.
You can request a refund when:
  • there is a cancellation or no show by the interpreter
  • the interpreter arrives late, or departs early without your consent
  • the interpretation was poorly executed and did not meet your requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you need to:
  1. bring the issue to our attention within 24 hours after the scheduled start time of the appointment with the interpreter,
  2. respond to our requests for information, and
  3. not have directly or indirectly caused the issue.
If the interpreter chooses to reimburse you, they should contact us, but you are still required to submit a claim.
After completing our investigation, we may provide you with a full or partial refund, as appropriate.
Request a refund
Keep in mind that you can't request a refund if you have already approved the work.
